Arugula Microgreen & Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 store-bought pizza crust (or naan bread)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or olive oil base
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4–6 slices prosciutto
- 1 large handful arugula microgreens
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place crust on a baking sheet.
- Spread sauce evenly over the crust. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- Remove from oven and immediately lay prosciutto slices over the top.
- Toss arugula microgreens with olive oil, salt and pepper. Pile on top of the pizza.
- Slice and serve immediately.
