Arugula Microgreen & Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients:


  1. 1 store-bought pizza crust (or naan bread)
  2. 1/2 cup pizza sauce or olive oil base
  3. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. 4–6 slices prosciutto
  5. 1 large handful arugula microgreens
  6. 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place crust on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread sauce evenly over the crust. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  4. Remove from oven and immediately lay prosciutto slices over the top.
  5. Toss arugula microgreens with olive oil, salt and pepper. Pile on top of the pizza.
  6. Slice and serve immediately.
