How do I sign up?

It is as easy as creating an account and placing your first order. Open Subscription in the main menu, build the box you want, and check out.

How do I pay?

Payment is by credit or debit card at checkout, processed securely through Square. Your card is charged when you place the order, not afterwards. HST is added at checkout and is not included in the prices shown on product pages. We do not accept cash or cheque on delivery.

No membership fee! Simply start shopping!

Question 4

Do I have to make a commitment to a regular order?

Not at all. You can order as often or as rarely as you like, and there is no minimum order and no cutoff time. If you would prefer your greens to arrive automatically, our subscription boxes repeat on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, and you can pause or cancel them yourself at any time.

Can I send a gift delivery to someone?

What a great idea, and yes you can. Just enter the lucky person's address as the delivery address when you check out. We also have gift cards available at our booth at the Western Fair Market if you would rather let them choose for themselves.

When do you deliver?

Hand delivery runs on Thursdays between 10:00am and 6:00pm, for a flat $6.00 plus HST within a 25 km radius. You do not need to be home, as there is no payment taken at the door. If you would rather collect your order, choose pickup at checkout and come to our booth at the Western Fair Market, 900 King St, on Saturdays 8:00am to 3:00pm or Sundays 10:00am to 2:00pm.
