Orange Wheatgrass Smoothie Recipe

Orange Wheatgrass Smoothie, Forest City Microgreens, London Ontario

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄4 cup water or coconut water

  • 1⁄2 cup milk or milk substitute

  • 1⁄4 cup fresh wheatgrass

  • Juice of 1 orange or 2 tangerines

  • 1⁄2 banana, sliced

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed, secure the lid and blend until smooth.
