Orange Wheatgrass Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1⁄4 cup water or coconut water
1⁄2 cup milk or milk substitute
1⁄4 cup fresh wheatgrass
Juice of 1 orange or 2 tangerines
1⁄2 banana, sliced
Directions:
Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed, secure the lid and blend until smooth.
